Piper Warrior's nose gear collapsed after bouncing down the runway on landing
Aircraft: Piper PA 28-235 (ZS-EKB)
Time/Date: 29 July 2006 1000Z
Location: Bethlehem Aerodrome, South Africa
Cause of crash: The pilot landed the aircraft in wind shear conditions, which caused the approach speed to be in excess of the correct approach speed causing the plane too balloon upon the flare and the pilot failed to initiate the go around but decided to try and land and hit the runway several times before the nose gear collapsed.
