- Airframe is in good condition and the interior of the airframe was just sprayed with corrosion X anti corrosion spray.

- Has a nice prop match with the engine. I'm a 220 pound guy and flew her this week and was seeing an 800 feet per minute rate of climb with full fuel.

- Nice airplane for instrument training. Has a Newer King KX-175-b Nav-Com radio with ILS indicator. Intsalled by radio shop this week and king KT-76A transponder.. Nice newer intercom.
