Maintenance / Inspections
  • Aircraft is out of annual and the prop has been off since AD inspection last year. During her last annual, she had a clean bill of health and hasn't flown since. Her next annual should go very smoothly. :)

Additional Remarks
  • I purchased this Classic Airplane in 2010 planning to enjoy learning to fly in her and I absolutely loved it... when I could find the time to fly.
  • Unfortunately, life is what happens to us while we are planning.
  • Between health problems with family members, and being too busy to finish my flight training, let alone finding the time to fly, I have simply let her sit in a hanger for 6 years only flying a handful of times.
  • In 2015 she was due for a prop inspection and annual. We had the local prop shop do the inspection and started the annual, but again, life got in the way.
  • The prop inspection has been paid for. I have not put the prop back on because we thought it would be better to wait until she went through a fresh annual when she was sold to her new owner.
  • So... I am open to 2 options:
  • 1) With a down payment of $18,500, I will be willing to finance a balance of $20K over 1-3 yrs. personally (no bank, no credit). You will still have to get an annual.
  • 2) Pay the entire amount (no haggle) and I can coordinate the annual.
  • 3) Take advantage of the fact that I don't want to spend any more time on this and offer me a cash offer to move FAST and you take care of the annual, etc.
  • If life was a bit different, I would not sell this plane. But here we are... Please contact me directly with your offers. I have one "lowball" offer in hand that I will take in a couple weeks, but I have faith the right person may be out there looking for a great bird and it will be a win-win for us both.
