  • Bead blasted, primed, painted, SB819 complied with. All New Fabric through paint. Stewart’s System used with ceconite and superflite fabric.

  • High time O-235c1 Runs good, good compressions. New plugs and wires.
  • 1900 SMOH est..
  • TBO for the O-235 is 2400 hrs.

  • Sensenich Metal prop, Climb pitch. 49 pitch

Avionics / Radios
  • No radios installed but I have the Transponder and old radios with sale.

  • NEW Fabric interior sides, done correctly from drawings, very hard to do properly. All it needs for the interior is a headliner, I have the headliner bows for it which are hard to find.

  • All new fabric, fuselage, interior, wings, tail feathers. Stewart’s system.
  • Strut AD complied with, Strut Fork AD complied with with yellow tags.
  • All new attaching hardware.
  • Brand New Windshield on order being shipped.

Additional Remarks
  • Pipers Demo Aircraft, it was Pipers FIRST Clipper to the West Coast, Lockhaven to Long Beach California. Featured in Skyways Magazine in 1949. Black and white photos of this Clipper in 1949. Looks exactly the same now.
  • Almost ready to fly. A new Headliner is all that’s missing. About 20 hours worth of work Fitting new windshield and fitting fairings to get it ready for maiden flight. All ADs complied with. Strut AD and forks yellow tagged.
  • Brand New Windshield shield on order being shipped.
